20+ YEARS OF

BUILDING IDEAS

SEE WHAT OTHERS DON'T.
IMAGINE WHAT IT COULD BECOME.
FIGURE OUT HOW TO BUILD IT.

I’ve never been interested in doing just one thing.

My work has moved through product, design, manufacturing, branding, photography, film, writing, business and technology.

Not because I had a plan to become a multidisciplinary creative.

I was simply curious enough to keep learning whatever was necessary to bring the next idea to life.

In 2004, I began experimenting with building my own brand.

I didn’t know how to build a website.

I didn’t know how to manufacture products.

I didn’t know how to create marketing campaigns, produce content, negotiate with manufacturers or build a global brand.

So I learned.

One problem led to another skill.

Design led to manufacturing.

Manufacturing led to photography.

Photography led to marketing.

Marketing led to websites.

Websites led to storytelling.

And somewhere in the process, I realized something that would shape everything I built afterward:

You don't have to wait for someone else to create your future.

FIELD / PRODUCT + DESIGN + CULTURE

BUILD YOUR

OWN WORLD

ABSTRAXX became more than a brand.

It became a laboratory.

A place where I could experiment with products, graphics, photography, websites, packaging, marketing, culture and ideas without waiting for permission.

Every new idea created another problem to solve.

Every problem created another skill to learn.

The medium was constantly changing.
