Chilli crab is one of the most popular dish in Singapore, it is made out of chopped fresh crabs stir fried in a sweet and savoury tomato and chilli based sauce. It was invented by Cher Yam Tian in 1950 when her husband suggested adding bottled chilli sauce to her crabs stir-fried with bottled tomato sauce. She started in a small pushcart and the business grew fast until she opened up a stall 6 years later in the Upper East Coast Road in Singapore. They then opened a restaurant called Palm Beach in 1963 and sold the business in 1984. In 2000 her son Roland Lim opened a Roland restaurant using the original recipe.

MUSCLES LEGGINGS
This is an idea that we have been thinking about for a while. A few people encouraged me to do it but I never quite got around to it. Then I got a spare afternoon one day and decided to have a good go at making it work. It worked…. perhaps a little too well! Definitely our most 'meaty' design..

UK Artist Dave White returns with a customized Air Jordan I sneaker that, once again, features his signature paint splatter designs. These exclusive shoes will be up for ballot at Limited Edt Queensway on 11th February.
Sporting a red, white and black colourway, a grey elephant print on the forelaces lead to a splash of black paint that bleeds onto the white sole while blurry red lines are seen on both sides of the heel. Quoted as saying that he wanted the shoes to look animated and dynamic, Dave White definitely accomplished just that.
